Field Report Platform

Challenges

  • Building a fully offline-first mobile experience that syncs reliably when connectivity is restored
  • Handling large media uploads (photos, audio) from areas with very slow internet speeds
  • Designing a flexible form builder that non-technical survey managers can customize

Features

GPS tagging with offline map tiles for remote area navigation
Rich media capture (photos, audio, signatures) with compression for slow networks
Drag-and-drop form builder for creating custom survey templates
Real-time analytics dashboard with map-based data visualization

Technical Highlights

  • Works completely offline in remote areas with no internet
  • Syncs 100MB+ of survey data reliably on 2G connections
  • Used by survey teams covering 50+ villages

Impact

Enabled field data collection across 50+ remote villages, processing 10,000+ survey responses with reliable offline sync.
